I saw this article and thought that mindfulness could be a way to help manage pain. I know that Vidyamala Burch has published a book on “Mindfulness for Health” with Danny Penman. There is also a CD with a 10 minute meditation. Having found “Mindfulness: A practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world” very helpful, this new book may add to it.…
